Participant Observer

Hello San Diego!

Comic Con is here! While it is not dedicated to cross-cultural or culture-specific creative expressions, the world encompassed by "The Con" owes a great deal to international cultural phenomena. For those who were unable (or unwilling) to buy a "badge" for the pop culture convention, the lovely folks at KPBS have compiled a list of Top Offsite Events That Don't Require a Comic-Con Badge. Heck, just taking the trolley down to the Convention Center will treat you to a visual feast of cosplay costumes to behold. It's fun to just walk around the bustling madness of it all.
